The room was very clean. Tea and coffee were replenished daily. The reception staff efficiently ordered taxis for me.

The passages in the room felt very narrow. The air conditioning did NOT reach the main room. The wifi did not work properly. The hotel took no responsibility for helping with the wifi problem.

I appreciated the location near multiple metro stations. The Triple Superior room was spacious. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with questions and directions.

The shower was difficult to regulate, and it took effort to find a comfortable temperature.
